Security-awareness training (framework-mapped courses, completion tracking and certificates as evidence) is on every plan. AI credits are metered, and unused credits carry over: your monthly allotment and any credit packs go into one balance that is not cleared at the end of the month. New workspaces also get a welcome bonus of 500 AI credits to try the AI features during the trial. Anything unspent is cleared when the trial ends, 14 days after signup.

AI Insights, and it doesn’t spend credits
Every plan gets AI Insights: a ranked rundown of your readiness gaps, policy and vendor issues, stale evidence, overdue reviews, and framework crossover suggestions, each linked to the fix. The full analysis runs on your live data with AI switched off and costs zero credits. The optional deep pass, a board-ready narrative and a 30-day plan, is the only part that uses your credit allotment.

A Starter workspace at its framework limit moves to Pro, which includes every framework. White-label is included on Enterprise, or with the Trust Center Pro add-on.

The MSP / Partner plan is a dedicated track for firms running compliance for a book of clients, with the multi-client console, unlimited client workspaces, and partner pricing that scales with your book. White-label is entitled per workspace rather than across the book: a client workspace's trust center loses Keel’s branding once that workspace is on a partner or Enterprise plan, or carries the Trust Center Pro add-on. per workspaceThe ISO 9001 product-quality modules the add-on unlocks (the Quality dashboard, nonconforming outputs, supplier quality & SCARs, complaints & feedback, and change control), layered onto the same control-and-evidence graph as your ISMS. Objectives, competence and documented information are not part of it, because those already ship on every plan. Each workspace is its own subscription, so adding it in one does not enable it in another.
Oscuro exposure monitoring
per workspaceWatch the domains you verify for exposed credentials, stealer-log hits and ransomware leak-site claims. Triage each finding to an owner and close it with dated evidence against the threat-intelligence controls you already report on. Oscuro records that an exposure happened and stores no passwords, hashes or raw breach records. Scoped to the size of your user base and set up with us.

Why is there no price on this page?
Keel quotes each plan to your scope: the frameworks you run, the size of your team and vendor list, and any add-ons you need. Book a demo and we will walk through the product with you and quote the plan that fits. If you would rather try it first, the 14-day Pro trial needs no sales call and no card.
What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The trial is an entitlement overlay rather than a subscription, so there is no card on file to charge. When the 14 days are up, your controls, evidence, policies, risks and vendors stay where they are, and the paid capabilities switch off until you choose a plan.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Seats, evidence storage, vendors and paid frameworks are enforced in the product. An invite past your seats, an upload past your storage quota, a vendor past your vendor limit, or applying a framework beyond your allowance is blocked, and nothing you already have is removed. A bulk vendor import that would cross the limit imports nothing and tells you how much room is left. Keel blocks rather than billing you an overage. Auditors never count against the seat limit, on any plan.
How do frameworks work across the plans?
NIST Cybersecurity Framework and AI Governance Essentials are on every plan and never count against your allowance. Starter includes 3 paid frameworks on top of them. Pro and Enterprise include every framework, so a Starter workspace at its framework limit moves to Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from billing settings, with no notice period. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, with no prorated refund for the remainder, and your data stays in the workspace.
